More disgusting service from Vodacom

After managing to sort out my contract issues with Vodacom, without them having been any help, I accompanied a friend to open an iPhone contract. First we are told that they have issues with Standard Bank accounts and then we are finally told to come back in 15 mins as the documents had to be emailed to head office (this was at 13:45). When we return, we sat and waited until I finnaly demaned we get helped. Refiloe tells us that Dikeledi is out and we should wait, all this while consutants are standing around or playing with their phones. When the lady at the till tell Refiloe to call Dikeledi, she says she wont disturb someone on their lunch break. This Refiloe then sat down and played with one of the tablets on display. We managed to leave the store at 14:40, after another consultant stepped in and gave head office a call. With that simple call we found out that the contract was recieved but that their was a line and it could be a while before they get around to it.
This is appalling, if Vodacom stuff is not prepared to work, they must stay home. We are the customers and their time is not worth more than ours. We have jobs to get back to ourselves.
