I complained here a little while ago about the call center and difficulty having a line transferred. That was done after the complaint lodged here. However, the actual installation of the line is so pathetic that our line is essentially useless. We cannot make or receive calls properly, the line is noisy and there are crossed lines as well. I reported the fault, but of course have received no feedback since.
It amazes me that one service provider can have this much difficulty with something as simply as plugging a telephone in to a new house!
