I took my elderly mother with a copy of her SARS income pay notice. The tax reference number has to be used to as reference. SARS had to be loaded as a beneficiary on my mothers account. A simple task for any person working on the information counter. Mrs Knipe attempted several times to load and each time she requested my mother put in her pin number. Then she called another young lady to try. She too could not load. In all this time neither spoke to my mom to explain. Then Mrs Knipe takes the SARS notice and my mothers bank card and goes around corner to consultants area to try and get assistance. This did not impress me as she could easily of seen when my mother enter her pin number in so many times what the pin was. Why take the card with to consultants? She was gone for at least 10 minutes. I am suspect of her behavior. Then on her return she tells me I must go find out what must b loads as she cannot load tax number. My mother is not the only client to have SARS loaded as a beneficiary so how did the others get SARs loaded? Another consultant there sees my irritation and she takes notice and loads SARS instantly. There are no forward slashes when loading tax numbe
