I went to the Chruch Street branch and I don't understand why the lady at reception takes my documents and then tells me to wait on the queue. Been waiting on the queue (number 4) and nobody is at the consultants' desk, we are all sitting on the uncomfortable chairs. When I ask why is there no-one being assisted, then the lady at reception replied with stinking attitude: " Eish, you don't listen. I said that you are number four and you will be assisted at desk 1." I went to the desk and the lady also at the desk says " wait in the queue because no-one called you in". I'm really at this. Just want to cancel whatever I have with this company. F*@#%
