THEY'VE LOST MY CELL PHONE

I;ve phoned them on 17th November for an upgrade on my contract, and for a new contract for my daughter.
My daughter's phone was eventually delivered on the 11 th of December at 21h30 at night. Today is the 22nd of January - I'm still waiting for my phone!! They promise to deliver in 48 hrs!!! I've phoned time and again, but get transferred from one assistant to the next, and I repeat the same story over and over. The tracking no for the phone does not exist, according to RTT. The payment for both these contracts have been deducted from my bank account on 3rd Dec, and on the 3rd of January, and will most certainly be deducted again on the 3rd of Feb. PLEASE HELP - where will we find the missing cell phone!
