Last year September /October my pnoe got out of my house by my daughter friend. I reported it to cell c. A few weeks after the incident the person who took the phone confessed and gave it back to me. I told cell c that I got my phone. My phone was in such a bad state. The guy who took the phone did not look after the phone well. The phone was unblocked by cell c but I could not use the phone because the phone was faulty. I phoned and i phoned and I phoned c cover on numerous occasions. Every time the consultant put me through to c cover I get thruough to the rating system. I gave up hope and bought myself a cheap phne to at least use my cell c sim card seeing that Im paying R500 00 per month for my contract. I gave up hope contacting cell c
I basically only used the phones calculator so I carried the phone all over with me. My phone got lost agin in January 2013 and I rported it to c cover. whereby they refused my claim on the basis that Ive used my sim in the phone last in October. I feel that its ok for them to do that but if you want to get hold of them they are never available. Now Im getting punished for their unavailability and Im still paying R500 per month
