In December 2010 I took out a3G contract, account number 0837939601 but I never received a Tax Invoice for February 2012 as MTN incorrectly linked my 3G Card to Metro Rail instead of Standard Bank. I had been trying to get the Tax Invoice from MTN since February 2012 but with absolutely no success. I was therefore not able to claim a refund from my employer, Standard Bank. Under the circumstances, I requested MTN to refund the amount paid in February 2012 of R 149 and for MTN to cancel the contract due to the schocking service I received. In December 2012, I complained via Hello Peter that MTN was simply not responding to my request for a refund and to confirm that the contract had been cancelled. Kagiso Kgakatsi responded to me but gave me the wrong information by giving me a Tax Invoice for my cell number (I'm querying my 3G Card account not my cell number) and totally ignoring my request for a refund and cancellation of the contract. I have sent her no less than 5 e-mails requesting a response, but I am been totally ignored. Kagiso does not even have the courtesy to respond!!! This lack of service is totally unacceptable. I have placed a stop payment on all future debits.
