On Jan 8th I went to cellc in canal walk for a Samsung Galaxy Note ll for my daughter but was informed that there was no stock, i headed to tygervalley&parow centre and was told the same. Parow centre offered to put me on the waiting list and I agreed but after 10days I withdrew my application. I phoned cellc direct line from joburg and was told the phone would be delivered to me in midrand within 3days... that was the tuesday, friday came and still no phone and I had to go to Mozambique on business for the following week and it so happens the phone was delivered in that time and they refused to leave it with my son (somewhat understandable but he had all my docs), I phoned cell c when i got back and had reorder the phone, it's been more than two weeks and I'm still waiting!!! No stores claim to have stock and even if i get the phone now I still have to worry about getting it to my daughter who is on varsity in cape town... she was adamant u are the best and u shattering that... I also got my daughter a data voucher from you and when the data wasnt loaded the first 3 days of this month we assumed it was finished and bought a new one only to find the missing data already there. smh
