Cancellation and fetching their device

Continue from the previous report! I phoned outapage to cancel the acc because they could not deliver on to their contract and promise. I stayed for almost two months without a phone after I made a claim as my phone was lost and they delivered the phone after two months without a sim card, and the sim has never been delivered up until a week back when I requested they cancell such contract and fetch the device, they promised to come and fetch the phone within 2 days but they never fetched it, mind this from december they were still deducting my acc yet I'm not getting the service! That even december I was just throwing my money, then I phoned the cancellation dept to cancel. Still today my acc is not cancelled and the cancellation dept is telling I must pay the for the remaining period of the contract, yet it was their fault that I even decided to cancel, last time I spoke to them they said they cancelled my acc, today its different story, they even deducted my acc and I had to do a reversal, I don't know what I must do get rid of this people, and today they sent someone to deliver a sim card and I told the courier service to take it back.
