Suddenly no reception in my house where I already have a booster unit. Log an online call, after 4 hours no response, I called them and after 12 minutes, giving my mobile # to 3 different operators, typing it in twice, I had to listen to a lady telling me she will send the complaint to the coverage team. I am still without reception
