For two months now I've been experiencing problems with MTN Tygervalley.
They simply just don't get back to you, after numerous conversations, promises, etc.
I was so upset that I even insisted to only deal with the manager there, but even the manager has been avoiding me at this point.
At month end I was billed for an upgrade, including the new contract price, but I only had the phone in my possession for 6 days.
Mtn still has the phone and is just simply not getting back to me?
I am seriously thinking of changing networks. Never in my entire life have I experienced, such dissatisfactory services
