I don't know anymore what to think

During the week my problem was resolved, guess what come the week end same problems, I have a R199 contract that include 199 airtime, 1000 sms and 100mb data.
on the 10th May I had 300 Rand Air time, more than 900 sms and 197 mb Data, on 12th May no 154 rand air time, 0 Sms and 0 mb Data, no one at the Call Centre can help me I am sick and tired of this phone the Call centre and you can't be helped, everything I do are taken of my Air time I have 2 Contracts and both are the same that all Sms and data are deducted from my Air time why do you enter into a Contract if nothing are working, The Air time that are taken for SMS and Data will never be returned to your Account but I as an customer must live with it. Sort this mess out and let me know what are going to happen about this mess Please. From the order date to today are not even 1 month and I can't take this any more, maybe this contract must be cancelled that I can get peace of mind
