Pay for service-get NONE

I took out a new contract about July last year, for a modem and sim, with 2 gigs data. I experienced difficulty getting online and staying online at my home. After struggling for a few months, i reported it to Parow Centre. They were very helpfull but refered me to the call centre at Tygervalley. They said they would send someone to my house to check. 2 months later i again went to Parow centre to complain, and i have been in and out on a regular basis. They are very helpful, but they have to refer problems like these to Tygervalley. 2 weeks ago they phoned Tygervalley for me again and they promised they would get back to me a.s.a.p. On fri the 24/5 a lady phoned me to tell me that they are too busy to see me and a technician would contact me soon. This was the same lady that has phoned me on a previous occasion to make promises that were never kept. I told her that if somebody did not contact me by 3pm on monday 27/5, i would go to hello peter. I received a call on monday, and a technician came to my house, tested the signal, found none, made promises to call me Tuesday. Nothing. Yesterday i went to Parow centre again.2 phonecalls, 2 promises and again nothing.
