I bought a Formula Vehicle Warranty with a second hand car I bought about 6 weeks ago. When I had to do repairs (15 May) at another dealer, I was told that my contract does not exist on the Motorite system. I left this to be sorted out between the selling dealer and the service dealer, but without any joy. It turns out that the selling dealer never forwarded the warranty contract to Motorite. On 17 May I decided to phone Motorite myself, and a guy by the name of Charl at customer care picked up the phone. I explained my problem to him, and during the day he phoned me back several times to keep me updated.By midday my contract was loaded on the system and the repairs authorized. I wish to extend my gratitude to Charl for his excellent service. Well done.
