Overcharging and Empty promises

Last year in September i agreed terms and conditions of the contract over the phone. The guy who was selling the product promised me that i will only pay 99rand a month unless if i overuse it. Of which i didnt use it because my fience destroyed it in October 2012. I didnt even use the sim card/that number from last year October 2012 till now but i'm paying more than we agreed on and they placed my name on ITC.

I went to walk in stores in Eastgate and Sandton but couldnt get help then i went to Vodaworld, they promised to investigate and get back to me in 7-10working days. they didnt till i called them several times with out success.thats why i came to u for help. The lady who help me out was Lucinda Page from Vodaworld
