8ta Incompetence

I took a laptop on contract in February 2012, i was paying R218.00 a month perfectly fine until in August where i was debited a large amount of around R1800.00.
i emmidiatly called my bank to revers it then went to one of the 8ta stores in Joburg CBD, the lady that assisted me told me that i APERENTLY took 2 (two) laptops. one in Febraury and another in March which i didnt take and didnt get debited until August 2012.

when i went to the 8ta store in Cresta i was told one of their old employees has done in my name and used my details to take a laptop for himself.

they logged a query for me and gave me a reference number that all will be sorted out but till this day it hasnt and now i have been handed over for Debt review because of this incompetence.
