I bought a launch suite from Bears in Vanderbijlpark on the 14 July 2012. Since the day they delivered the set there was a problem with the set. The one chair was damage, after a lot of complaining at the store they changed the chair but even this one is not right.
I complain till October 2012 and then the Rep and sales lady came to my house to have a look. After a number of times at the store they decided to change the hole set. It is now a new year and we still battle with them to replace the set. They promised me 2 weeks ago they will do it in that week but still nothing.
