No delivery in over 3weeks

I ordered a phone (Huawei ascend P6) model, on contract on the 26th September 2013. I was promised delivery in 2 working days, and till date i have not received the phone, i visited the store twice last week to inquire and the couldnt give me an answer as to when i will receive the phone. I then logged a complaint on the 14/10/2013 to vodacom. Marion Jeftha from customer service called me to confirm details on the 15/10/2013 and told me the matter will be escalated for investigation with reference number EC-ZH7V-1EMSWL.I then received an email again from Gary Hendricks from customer service confirming the escalation. however till now i have not heard from them. the consultant from vodacom Cynthia then called me to tell me that they didnt have the phone available and would probably receive stock by end of October, which is totally unacceptable and incompetent for a service provider, when they have already debited my account and the second debit is due in the next 2working days from today.
