I upgraded my contract and asked for a blackberry bold 9900 WHITE!
I was told that they have stock but the cannot gaurentee that the correct colour will be delivered. But if its NOT WHITE, i may return it. 1st delivery - wow what a suprise its CHARCOAL BLACK.
sO I SEND IT back.
What a mission to a phone resent. Service is DISGUSTING.
So finally 20 days later a delivery happens... and ITS BLACK AGAIN!!
HOW MANY ATTEMPTS BEFORE WE GET THIS RIGHT??
Does CELL C deliberately send the wrong colour for the second time, EVEN after the claim they have stock???
Does the dispatch department not read??
Is this most a ploy for you to take what theY give you, dispite what you want??
AND I AM PAYING FOR IT!!!
AND yet the confirm they have stock.
Surely after complaining they would ake an effort to send the correct item.
