Payment outstanding for a year!!!

I paid my account in full in 2008, june 2012 they started takking money off my account again!! i called them in december 2012 and told them again they are my money! february 2013 i called them again and they send me an e mail saying i will recieve a refund witin 7 to 21 working days. it is today 1 august 2013 and slill after manny calls e mails i have still not get my money!!! my ref nr with them is 1206283.
please can you help me in this matter? thanks mrs mm de bruyn.
