R4000.00 refund outstanding from June 2013

On 15/06/2012 I deposited a lounge suite for 4000.00 from a company above and the value was R10 000 . They displayed the goods @ Killarney Mall and was assisted by a sales man Nico Liebenberg, He advised that I need to pay at least half of the full amount before it Can be builded. I went back on the 27/06/2012 too pay more so that the lounge is started. They were nowhere to be found. I looked around the entire mall and there were not ther. I the called his cell from a business card he gave and put straight to voice mail, I started panicking and called one of the numbers on the invoice given to me and spoke to the owner Renaldo who admitted that he had complaints about the sales man. I then advised that I no longer trust, and want to cancel. He agreed and promised to refund me and his 1st promise was in October 2012, I called him endlessley and the last straw was when he told me that he's used my money to pay his employees, and I can take him to court. To date he keeps on giving me stories. I send chains of e mails from 23/01/2013 to Speak Out SABC 2 to help me get my refund, and no one has come back to me, also sent sms & emails to Renaldo and he is not even responding. Please help
