Platinum C3 owes me a refund

I had a credit card from Platinum C3 which I paid up and cancelled in 2008. In June 2012 they started deducting money from my bank account and this continued until February 2013 and I was not receiving statements or any correspondence from them. I queried in December 2012 and was told that the debit was due to a system error on their side and will be stopped immediately and in January 2013 all the money due to me would be added up and refunded to me in 21 working days from end of January 2013. The debit was only stopped in January 2013 and I was told that my refund will be processed and paid out after 21 days from the 28th February 2013. It is now a year since I first engaged Platinum and I was promised that I would be refunded and it is now more than 8 months that I'm still waiting for my money and all I'm told is that my refund has been forwarded to the finance department and that I will be informed when the payment is done. The amount to be refunded is R 3, 825.30 and I hope that this will help speed up the process and that I will get my money soon.
