Not paying back my money

On the 6 June 2013 an overpayment of R4500 was made into my Vodacom account. The money has still not been refunded. I have been told so many different stories, have had to send so many e mails and still nothing. Last week Mr. Mike Cronje told me that because I am not with Standard Bank the payment will take 3 days, which means payment was due today. Nothing. When I phoned again today I was told it can take another 14 days. This is absurd! If a clients account is not paid on time they will cut of your phone immediately-but if they owe you money it can take weeks. I will definitely not renew my contract with Vodacom at the end of July. Cell C here I come!
