I wrote a complaint about Mtn's terrible service delivery. the regional responded with a very nice and promising letter informing me that the matter will be looked into and resolved. I received a call this afternoon from the suppliers informing me they are missing a form that I had submitted to mtn. when I called the mtn call centre they tried to help by trying to resolve the matter with mtn at the v&a waterfront in cape town. the person responsible for my contract upgrade was busy, so they consultant informed me that I would a call back shorty when he was finished. never got a call back. so still waiting for my tv and the company can't deliver till they receive the documents required, but mtn doesn't seem to want to help and send them through. disappointment with mtn again. all promises with no results.
