I was retrenched last year November and fortunately had a protection plan with my Edgars account. I informed Edgars of my retrenchment and deliver all the necessary paper work that was required and they said everything was all in order. I moved to Cape Town, but still had statements coming through every month. I call there account informing of this and they said I missing so paper informing. They said they would phone the P.E Branch and find out what the problem was and said they will call me back soonest which of course never happened. Now i receive a sms of debt collectors on my!! They don't call or email me!
