Very dissapointed, disgusted and unexceptable!!!

My mother initially received her upgrade in December she got the Nokia 203 but returned it and arranged to swop it for a blackberry curve she moved to port alfred and told Jaaved will fetch phone in March. Arrived in Durban we went to the shop to fetch phone, my mother in law decided to change to a blackberry Z10 and Jaaved told us its all in order we just need to wait a week because he doesn't have any stock available, then 2 weeks later received a call from shop to say we can come fetch the z10 but when we got there Jaaved said he didnt phone us, he is waiting for a my mother in law to sign a letter and then it will be all sorted. Another week went by then we send Jaaved an email the 26 april. then he told us that we cant get the z10 he advised us that we will pay in and he suggested that we must get a lower price blackberry us my mom package is R114pm the Z10 is R389pm but we when my mother went there in March he told us that she can change upgrade to R389 (sudden bout of amnesia) after this we had enough, then asked for the phone that is part of this contract (17 May) we said we will take the nokia 203 then he said he doesn't have stock!!! its the 1Aug 2013 we STILL WAITING NO PHONE
