ATM error caused transaction to be cancelled 23/01/2014... funds reserved from my account with no reversal for 7days.
I have sent the required reversal form twice... for some strange reason the form is received blank on FNB's side. Considering withdrawing my business from FNB as the consultant dealing with the matter cant think twice to contact me directly after experiencing difficulty firstly with the ATM initaly, then difficulty with the required forms, furthermore i contacted the call centre and specifically requested for a phone call from the department/consultant responsible and simply got another email stating that the documents were not received... I have been patient and now expect a phone call from a senior person to get this matter resolved promptly.
