How many times should a person complain? MTN pls!!

MTN is well aware of my complaint and they are giving me no feedback at all, this is my third complaint here, but probably my 100th to mtn. since u escalated my complaint to the regional office in Bloemfontein, NO ONE CONTACTED ME TILL TODAY (02/07/2013). Arent you ashamed that since i booked my fone in for repairs on May 1st 2013, i still dont have it today? Kelebogile and Candice (store supervisor and manager respectively) from the mtn store at kimpark shopping centre in Kimberly wrote a letter, in my presence, indicating that the store will pay for my phone as a result of their staff's (Pinky) incompetence. i have that letter signed by the store supervisor, Kelebogile Dondolo. it clearly indicates that they will pay for my phone, but now they are distancing themselves from this matter. If you are interested in knowing abt the letter, call me. im getting tired of this now and im busy paying for a phone that you are keeping with you, why? i have no idea. i will call you everyday untill all ur 808 call centre agents know me. you are dragging your feet, empty promises keep piling up. Please sort out this matter as soon as now. from here im complaining to ICASA about you.
