Mid 2009 I received a call from Caroline reminding me about an upgrade, I subsequently informed her that I was not keen to renew the contract. November 2009 I received another call from Vee reminding me about the upgrade & I informed her the same and followed it by an email dated 26 November 2009. In 2010 I received an sms informing me that I will be handed over, I sent again tracked correspondences to Vee & Caroline which was read but never responded to. Call the call center number & spoke to Nkululeko who transferred me to Vee. I subsequently sent a fax and no respo0nse. In 2013 I received an sms and spoke to Dineo from JM Attorney who promised to resolve the matter, all the proof was sent to her without any feedback. I really don't know what to do anymore as JM Attorney's want proof from me whether Cell C has sent have cancelled my contract, I do not have proof as they have not responded to me. I have all the required proof from my side that I have done all that is humanly possible. I can forward the communique from my side
