For the last three months our whole nabourhood in Mokopane experience poor and no signal at all from Vodacom. I have phoned and complained several times during this period where I was told that Limpopo is experiencing problems with the network and they are busy with it. The last time I complained I logged a service request on their website and all I received was a sms telling me that they have referred it to their technical department. That was a month ago and nothing has happened and nobody has called me. I was using Vodacom as my only telecoms provider for my business. There is no signal and service here for the last three days. I am writing this complaint with a 8 ta router that I had to purchase this morning just to be able to do my business. What a pleasure. strong fast signal, no disconnects!!! The best of all is that I have a contract with Vodacom that is worthless and are paying every month for something that I cannot use. and I will not be refunded for anything. Vodacom!!! what is happening to you? Telkom is taking over and I will encourage anybody to go the 8 ta route. Its hassle free, Cheaper rates and just a pleasure.
