Hi Cell C,

I had a contract with you a while back and defaulted on some payments due to retrenchment and only made the settlement a year or so later. My name was put on ITC as a bad payer even when I had stated the reason for the late payment. When I made the settlement I was told that my name would be removed from the list but years later I'm still listed and cannot get much needed credit elsewhere as a result. I tried calling your legal department but kept holding the entire time. Please assist urgently in resolving this.
