Do they not want my business?

I arranged with Tracker to replace an old unit in my wife's car with a new one. This they did with no difficulty on 8 August. Unfortunately, the technician who did the installation was not told that there were two emergency buttons in the car, and only replaced one.

I spoke to Tracker who said they would get the technician to contact me to set up an appointment to connect the other button. This did not happen.

After not hearing from Tracker for a week, I called them and spoke to 3 separate people in Customer Care (Brad at 9:27 on 20/8, Kgothatso at 11:13 on 20/8, and another lady who dropped the call), who all said they would get someone to call me. This did not happen.

I then spoke to Complaints, and spoke to a lady called Melissa Naidu, who again promised by phone and email that I would get a call from the technician. As of 3:30pm on 21/8, I still am waiting for this call. I have sent another email to Melissa, to get the contact number of someone in senior management, but i have had no response.

What do I need to do to get the technician to call me?
