1 July - I logged a call with Cell C to investigate why i have no service when i am at home. I got a form which i needed to fill out. I did this and sent it back to the person who sent it to in the hour still.
31 July - Still no word from Cell C. I phoned the call centre and they have no record of me submitting anything back.
3 August - Still no word on the documents but after holding for an hour they managed to find it. I was told a technician will be dispatched.
15 August - I got a call and 5 minutes later i have a tech which tested the signal and found i need a booster.
30 August - Still no word from Cell C and no booster. Got a call later that day asking if i still had issues.
30 October - No word from Cell C
20 November - I am still having issues i get asked by a consultant. Ok they will find out and call me.
17 December - Still no word from Cell C.
Now, i beg of you CELL C. What do i need to do to get this issue sorted.
