I received my July bill only to be overcharged so I call and 1.5 hours later the issue still has not been resolved. I must contact each department myself! The accounts department told me that I should have the charges reversed but instead of having it done internally I have to hold the line each time and Get transferred to different departments to have this rectified and still it hasnt been done.
Its not my problem you messed up now im waiting for almost two hours TWO HOURS OF MY TIME!! To get this resolved.
