I called in around the 25th October enquiring how much I owe then the consultant told me that R500 which I had an invoice with the same amount I went to Nedbank deposited the money on the 29th October 2012 faxed the deposit slip then I spoke to one of the consultant who told me the phone will be unblocked. On the 30th I called the other consultant told me that I was supposed to pay R1000 there's R500 due and it was frustrating a lot because before I made the payment I enquired and I paid what I was told to pay.
On the 31st I was called by a certain lady called Keabetswe she said she was calling from CellC and she wanted to me to give her my ID number I was a bit suspicious coz if she is calling from Cellc she should have my details since I have been having a contract with Cellc for more than 4years.
Yesterday when I receive the statement below is that I owe Cellc R3174.50, I called Cellc spoke to Nathaniel and he told me my contract was cancelled what surprise me I just upgraded on that number in June 2012. I have never cancelled my contract with Cellc. I feel whatever is happening with my account is.
I sent an email on the 13 Nov got feedback 22 Nov. I'm not happy.
