Early Dec 2012 I was called by cellc consultant who offered me a 3g moderm contract as I was a current cellc customer. I accepted and this moderm in no days was delivered to my place, it has never worked since then when I plug it onto a pc it freezes (I tried different pcs). I called the call centre (very unproffesional and the service, you hold the line forever before you get assisted or sent from pillar to post) I called for several times and expalined the problem which I wasn't assisted but told to take the moderm to a near by cell c, which I did at Krugersdorp mall and I was told 2 take it to Sandton. I called the call center again and after several attempts explaining this I said I want to cancel the contract. I was told to send an e-mail I have sent several e-mails.they fetched the 3g & brought it back (helper signed 4 it). Cellc called twice asking why I haven't made Mar payment and I told the consultants I have cancelled the contract and I'm waiting for cellc to collect the moderm I don't want anymore, they all took my statement of the whole event and said someone will call and no one has.how does 1 cancel an unmaterialising contract with cellc, I cannot donate money to cellc
