CellC, I Emailed CellC advising that I wish to cancel my contract on the 1February2013, I called in a few days later to confirm if my Email was received and the consultant advised me that it was. On the 2nd March 2013 a settlement amount was forwarded to me, I called in on the 3rdApril2013 to obtain a new amount as a my debit order came off on the 15thMarch2013. The consultant gave me an amount of R14023.27. This payment was made on the same day. On the 10th April 2013 I called in to check if my payment was received. At that stage nothing was done with my payment or proof of payment that I sent. I spoke to a consultant and then a manager that returned my call and personally advised that my contract was cancelled. I also received an Email confirming that my contract is cancelled and cellc will not debit my account. I tried to resolve this amicably today, but my first call was cut and the 2nd time I was assured by the consultant Ntolisa Muteleze that a manager will return my call within an hour. I am still waiting to receive my call from the manager. I was advised that the amount I owed was R1404.27 and that is the amount I paid. CellC is officially debiting my a account without auth.
