I called cellc about 4 months back to advise them my contract was maturing so i needed to cancel it . i was told the request is sent for my contract to be cancelled it should take about 14days but to my surprise the contract was not cancelled. I went to the cellc shop in jabulani mall to report the matter and i was told i needed to fill in the request for cancellation so i did. I was told my contract will be cancelled in 20 days but it is not cancelled and they are still debiting my account. Now I'm forced to reverse there debit order every month and my bank charges me for reserve debit order.
I called cellc again on the 2013/11/27 and i was told on they system it stipulate that i had an upgrade but to my surprise I called cellc before and even went to a cellc shop in jabulani and i was never told about this upgrade. After everything i went through to cancel this contract now cellc is telling me i have to go to a police station to make an affidavit that i did have an upgrade . i feel that cellc is taking they client for granted
