MY ACCOUNT DEBITED THREE TIMES!!!

BEGGING OF DEC 2012 I WAS CONTACTED BY TASHA ABRAHAMS FROM CELLC WHO OFFERED ME A CONTRACT PHONE BUT WHEN THE PHONE WAS DELIVERED TO ME ON FRIDAY THE 7TH DEC IT WAS NO WHAT I EXPECTED.ON MONDAY THE 10TH I CALLED CELLC AND TOLD THEM I DONT WANT THE PHONE ANYMORE AND THEY CAME TO FETCH IT ON TUES.SINCE PHONE WAS COLLECTED I'VE BEEN CALLING CELLC EVERY 2ND DAY FOR TWO WEEKS AND SPOKE TO A NUMBER OF DIFFERENT WHO CONFIRMED THAT THE PHONE WAS RECEIVED AND THAT THE CONTRACT HAS BEEN CANCELLED AND THEY SAID WE'LL SEND ME A CANCELATION LETTER WHICH I HAVE'NT RECEIVED EVEN TODAY.ON THE 24TH A DEBIT ORDER OF R119.01 WENT OF MY ACCOUNT, I TRIED CALLING CELLC AND WHEN I COULDNT GET THROUGH I REVERSED THAT AMOUNT, THEN A LADY BY THE NAME OF ALFIE CALLED ME ON THE 27TH REGARDING MY ACCOUNT WHICH IS IN ARREARS, I THEN TOLD HER I DONT HAVE A CELLC ACCOUNT TO MY SUPRISE THE MONEY WENT OF AGAIN ON THE 1ST JAN 2013, I CALLED CELLC AND SPOKE TO A CONSULTANT BY THE NAME OF MUZI WHO SAID I MUST REVERSE THE MONEY AND HE'LL SEND A REQUEST NOT TO DEBIT MY ACCOUNT AGAIN AS THE CONTRACT STATES ON THEIR SYSTEM THAT IT HAS BEEN CANCELLED. IT WENT OF AGAIN FOR THE 3RD TIME AND THERE IS NO ONE WILLING TO HELP ME..
