Telkom to busy to Fix Telkom Line

We received a response from the escalations department in regards to our telkom problem last week Wednesday and were told it would be sorted.
Today we received a call to tell us the problem has been sorted out. We need to remove the SIM card and test it in another phone and it will work. Guess what it still does not work and Still no one has actually come out to our offices to actually come have a look at the problem. The more we keep telling Telkom this is not only a Network problem it is a faulty line the more they will avoid us. Please can you explain why it is so hard to send a technitian out to our office and have this matter resolved. It has now gone on for a full month and a half and all we are asking is that some fix this problem. This is utterly unacceptable and we will be taking this a step further now as we are paying for an item that is of no use to us and the service provider Telkom just does not seem to be in a possition to fix the problem
