My cellphone was. I went to the cellc store in Carlswald, Midrand on the 23/09/2013 to Blacklist my phone and receive its IMEI No. so that I could fill an affidavit at the police station and so a case could be opened. I was sent to the police station from the cellc store saying that they could not blacklist the phone and give me my IMEI No. unless I had a case no. Sent from the police station I could not open a case WITHOUT AN ITC AND IMEI NO.! Furious! I go back to cellc and surprisingly after having a go at them they could give me the details I needed! Then needing a sim swop I go on the 27/09/2013 they could not help me AGAIN! apparently I need another number for them to send me a code so they could go ahead with the sim swop... MY CELLPHONE WAS AND I DONT HAVE ANOTHER NUMBER DOES THIS MEAN THAT I WILL NEVER HAVE MY SIM SWOP DONE? CELLC HAS WASTED MY TIME AND MONEY!!! I WISH TO NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN AND MAKING SURE THAT ANY CLOSE FRIENDS AND FAMILY WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THEM EITHER!!!
