I took out a data and laptop contract on the 30th April and upon testing it at home i find that the Mtn data signal is very poor. On the 4th of may i returned all the items to the store in line with their 7 day return policy on the basis of poor siganl coverage in my area.autopage N1 city told me that it is fine and that they will go ahead with the cancelation of contract.a month went by without any communication from them and then i received a phone call from a mtn service provider stating that they want to install an arial at my house to boost the signal. I told them that it is too late as i cancelled the contract. Afetr various phone call to autopage at N1 and visits to the store this issue not resolved yet and I am still being billed every month for a service that i am not getting. To reverse these debit orders is costing me money.when i phoned the consumer dept last week nobody knew anything about a cancelation
