Sim swop issue

Sim card error on my daughters phone. Went in to Vodashop Lenasia Trade Route mall to do a sim swop. Was asked to produce 5 recently dialled numbers. Gave them 10. Had my ID and proof of address. They asked me to get an affidavit from the police station! Have done this before without having to go to the police station. Their system did not recognise the numbers. I simply voted with my feet. Went to the store directly across - Cell C store. Did a sim swop within 2 minutes with great friendly staff. Best thing is cost me zero! Yes Cell C know how to do business. Their BBM subscription is also R27 per month instead of the R60 at Vodacom. Decided to swop my wifes and sons numbers to Cell C as well. Vodacom you lost 3 numbers in one fell swoop and as soon as my contract is over I am going to Cell C too. I have complained numerous times about the poor signal at my home and only promises and no action from Vodacom. Allan Knott Craig - you are the consumer hero!
