On the 18 July 2013 our email system was not working for a day and a half. We received no notification, notice or pre-warning. 30 July 2013 going onto the 31 July the same happened again. Again no notice of any sort. We have to call into @lantic only to hear that they are experiencing problems. As I write this our mails are still not working and absolute frustrating having technology that does not function.
It is a shame that a business like @lantic does not Treat its Customers Fairly.
