@lantic suspends account due to scrambled detail

I have been with @lantic for several years now. In all the years I haven't exceeded the 800 Mb data. Received an account in February 2013 where @lantic claims I have used additional data, downloading roughly 4-5 MB every 20 secons.43 pages of scrambled information amounting to R R 4273.66.

@LANTIC HAS GOT THE NASTY HABIT TO RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SUSPEND YOUR ACCOUNT, REGARDLESS OF IF THEY ARE RIGHT OR WRONG.

I have visited the local Branch twice and @ Lantic's head office. The promised not to suspend my account and to give me prompt feedback. Never happened and my account was suspended this morning. I need my laptop to communicate with customers. I am loosing money and time here.
