After, receiving a contract in February 2013, i have had an issue with receiving a signal on my IPHONE 5, When i arrive home there's no signal. The device has been replaced and 22 emails later I receive the above case number. Im furious with this service, i have been asked to fill in network forms twice already, whatever happened to the first application? I have not received a call to confirm that the signal does not work, however my enquiry numbers are closed because some1 tested the line without my knowledge, yet when im on the call, the test with agent proves my point of no-signal. In terms of the contract I dont see why i need to continue on this contract? I dont have access to making calls or receiving sms, when i arrive home, which is also my office. So its basically an absolute waste of time having this contract. I understand cellc, enjoys having a client that they bill, and they would not like to lose me. but their service is pathetic, they spend a lot of time marketing themselves, instead they should spend money on improving their service delivery. they should deliver on their promise.
