Poor or no signal

I've got my mobile (iPhone 5) on contract. I'm staying at Atlantic Beach Golf Estate and have very poor or no signal there. My wife still uses MTN and has no problem at all. Even when my mobile shows signal and somehow I will receive a call, it's impossible to have a conversation. Often when 3G is on, there is 0 signal or with full signal there is no 3G. Or when it shows good signal and 3G - it still doesn't work. Because of that my mobile constantly is trying to connect and causes battery to drain very fast (take just few hours). It's not handset fault as I tested cell-c sim card with my old iPhione 4 with exactly the same result. I've filed a complain. Someone told me I will get contacted and a technician will come to check the signal. All I've got was a sms about it few weeks ago. I keep paying for service which I'm not getting! It's 2 years contract, my mobile is dying and number is barely accessible at home. I want it fixed or contract canceled an money I've paid so far back. On top of that - I have mini sim for iPad and 3G dongle with 2GB data. Barely used because of bad signal...
