I am a new client of cell c (x mtn client)
i have taken out a new contract
iphone 5 - 16 gig
since have received the phone i have been experiencing problems
1. calls dropped while on a call (have signal 3 G signal)
2. not recieving calls (have signal - receiving a message after & hour saying missed calls)
3. dialling out - calls not going through - have signal
4. internet not working (even though there is signal 3 G signal)
i have reported it to customer services (issues not resolved)
i have postd on facebook page - received response- that a teckie will call & come out to me- no 1 called
i have called tech department- ref #1723135
nothing has been sorted out
i am using the phone for business
i am not getting the full use of the fone & network
the CEO promises alot - not delivering
i am really disgusted with the service & network
