Hi, I've been a cust with MTN Corp for more than 15 Years and have previously and now 15/07 logged a query on my Billing for Internet Sessions that is Huge amounts, and nobody in Corporate is getting back to me. I followed up numerous times and still no assistance. I upgraded and now there is amounts for Sessions of R169-00 etc. also numerous Texts for R1-00, and I want info on what these Sessions were and nobody is assisting me. I have not downloaded big stuff, the data usage on the Phone shows less than 2 Gig, but it used over R600-00 on my phone in a question of few days. I want details as to what all the Internet Session amounts is for and all the R1-00 Text fees are for as I don't have any SMS's on my phone for any of these R1-00's. The Service in Corporate Business is pathetic to say the least. More than 2 weeks and no response.
