Socking service from MTN woodmead or shall i say MTN as a whole, whats the point of having 808 call center numbers which are unable to help but all the time you are referred to the place where you got the phone. I have two account with MTN and the billing is incorrect, i have been struggling with this since the upgrade and nothing is been done. I have to constantly contact MTN woodmead and the lady by the name of Samia Somia always tells me she will call back and hasn't done so not even once.

at some point i was charged more than 50% of the agreed amount when i took my contract and still waiting for my refund, 4months down the line i'm still waiting. This is getting out of hand, i just want to return the devises and get my money back i've had enough and have wasted too much time and money calling woodmead. Half the time the phone is not been answered, can anyone please advise on how i can give back the phone without the penalties as i've had enough at this point.
